Bruce Smith founder/owner

 Bruce started photographing social events while he was a student at Texas Tech. He opened Party Time Photos in 1981 and has enjoyed being an integral part of  social  events in West Texas ever since. Bruce photographs events, oversees the Party Time web site sales, and customer relations.

Michael or "Party Time Mike" as he is known around Lubbock started working for Party Time in 1989. He became the photo manager a few years latter. Michael works tirelessly to schedule and photograph events, train photographic staff, and develop personal relationships with Party Time customers.
